TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. THEY LIMIT OUR LIABILITY AND OUTLINE THE CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH YOUR TOUR/ACC AND PROCEDURES WILL OPERATE. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TOUR DOCUMENTS REPRESENT AN ACCEPTANCE BY THE CUSTOMER OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS FOLLOWS:

1. RESERVATIONS

A non refundable deposit of 10% of the total price, but not less than SAR200.00 is payable at the time of making your reservation. The balance of the fare is due not later than 30 days prior to departure. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation for which the total fare has not been paid by the due date, in which case the deposit will be forfeited. Reservations will be considered as firm bookings as soon as the deposit has been received by us.

2. GUARANTEED DEPARTURES ON THE PRE AND POST TOURS BOOKED.

Except where otherwise stated, the tour WILL OPERATE irrespectively of the number of passengers. We reserve the right to utilise different sizes of vehicles than those indicated depending on the number of passengers.

3. HEALTH REQUIREMENTS WHILE EN TOUR

No inoculations or vaccinations are required at the time of going to print, but we recommend that you check with your doctor or local health department. An anti-malaria drug is strongly recommended in certain areas, please consult your doctor.

4. PASSPORT

Please check with your travel agent regarding requirements for passports and visas or contact us with the following information: Your country of residence, your nationality and which country your passport was issued in. If you need to obtain a visa before arriving in South Africa and you are joining a tour into Swaziland or/and Lesotho , please ensure that your visa is valid for multi-entry into South Africa and also check your visa requirements for Swaziland as we travel through Swaziland and enter South Africa again.

5. MEDICALPROCEDURES AND TOUR PRICES

Medical procedure costs as specified and Tour prices include transportation, accommodation, meals etc. as stipulated in our itineraries.

6. LUGGAGE

Luggage is limited to 20 kg per person.

7. CANCELLATION CHARGES

The following cancellation charge will apply in respect of travel arrangements:

More than 30 days – no cancellation will be charged (For groups of more than 10 people please check with us)

21 to 29 days prior to departure - 25% of only the tour/acc price (Subject to hotel cancellation policy)

10 to 20 days prior to departure - 50% only the tour/acc price (Subject to hotel cancellation policy)

Less than 10 days prior to departure - 100% of only the tour /acc

price (Subject to hotel cancellation policy)

8. INSURANCE CHARGES

We strongly recommend that you insure yourself against possible cancellation, personal accident, medical expenses, loss of luggage etc. Please contact us for more information and/or rates.

9. LIABILITY

We reserve the right to make, with or without notice, changes to vehicles, accommodation, meals, schedule, sightseeing or route without liability to the passenger. However, our pledge is to ensure at least the same experience and quality.

10. RESPONSIBILITY

We give notice that arrangements for transport and conveyance and accommodation are made by us as agents upon the express condition that we accept no responsibility of liability in respect of either person or property for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularities which may be occasioned either by reason of any defect in any vehicle or through the acts or defaults of any company or persons engaged in conveying the passengers or carrying out arrangements of the tour, therewith or any accommodation, establishment or servant.

11.SPECIALISED SERVICES

The Agent undertakes on behalf of the client to arrange for specialised medical services required by the client as set out in the schedule. This will include where necessary the engaging of the services of appropriate medical personnel, hospital bookings and aftercare services. Whilst every care will be taken by the agent to ensure the highest standards of the services are rendered, the Agent will not be held liable in any way should such services not be to the satisfaction of the client. In particular, no liability will attach the Agent, the travel services or those persons supplying medical services, either in contract or in delict in respect of such services which may be rendered.

12. APPLICABLE LAW

In the event of any dispute or action arising from the carrying out of this agreement, the parties agree to be governed by the law of South Africa and choose the Durban and Coast Local division of the High court of South Africa as the court to determine such dispute.
